Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by novadrive without any obligation to compensate you.

Your interactions with suppliers found through our platform are solely between you and those suppliers. We are not responsible for the actions, products, services, or content of any suppliers or third parties.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with advance notice for existing customers.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless novadrive AG, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cologne, Germany.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features in our platform.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
